Family and Child Abuse Prevention Center
Recently my agency was faced with the dilemma of rapidly running out of storage space for one of our program's client files, and I had to find a way to maximize the space in one office to accommodate 2 – 3 new staff members. I needed solutions – quickly and affordably. Being a nonprofit organization, my budget was small, but my wish list was large.
I called Katie at McNerney for help. She immediately made an appointment with me to evaluate the space available and discuss my needs. Working with McNerney was like a dream come true. During this process, as I described what I needed and what my dream wish list included, and later on when I had to reduce my project budget, I jokingly asked Katie to "work her magic for me"... and she did! I never imagined, given our limited budget, that we would be able to get everything we wanted.
The McNerney team was able to put together a package of Teknion products that not only met our needs, including all the wish list items, utilized the spaces available in the most effective and efficient manner, but most importantly, met my budget. The Teknion line offered us a wonderful array of finish choices that allowed us to select a look that fit seamlessly into our existing design – none of the pieces look like an "add-on".
Once our order was placed, Katie kept in contact with me, updating me on the status of my order and scheduling installation at a convenient time for me and my staff. The installation crew was wonderful to work with. They did their job quickly and professionally and even helped us move existing desks and filing cabinets.
